Tom, I have been having the same problem with these people. I cancel my account with a on line chat representative, that refuse to take no for a answer. Eventually she said she cancel the account. Then I was informed that they had already conveniently shipped another order to me. I refused the order with the US postal service and have proof of that. I have since called their customer service three times inquiry of a refund of the order. I keep getting the standard pre rehearsed response from each representative that they cannot and do not have any notes of the product being returned and that it will take six to eight weeks for a refund. It seems like they will hope that you will get tired and give up. It's a shame that a business has practices like this. It took them only a few seconds to initially deduct from my account and seems like they will probably continue shipping and charge my account unless I change my account. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau if this is not resolved. The should be made aware of the practice of this company.
