proactiv is one of the most unethical companies i have ever dealt with. i received a shipment that was unauthorized (22 days after i signed up!) and when i called customer service to resolve this, i was met with rudeness and comments such as 'you did something wrong' or 'you made a mistake.' i have since canceled my account with them, no product can work well enough to deal with their inefficiency. i don't understand how they have a 5 star rating, they are crooks. no stars here!
